Laura is Head of Community Engagement at Springer Nature. The Editorial Engagement Team works to develop new products and services to support Editorial Board Members and strengthen the Editor-Publisher partnership, including creating new training resources, organising editor events and preparing communications. Laura originally joined BMC, part of Springer Nature, in 2016 as part of the Research Integrity Group, before becoming Head of Editorial Engagement for BMC in 2017.
